They compound your medication, which usually takes 24–48 hours. 3. Shipping Time •Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days •Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly from the carrier's website or through the link provided in your email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, HintMeds only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Due to pharmacy regulations, all HintMeds products are custom-compounded prescription medications, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges—even if unopened. This is to ensure product safety and compliance with FDA and pharmacy board standards. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
How do I initiate a return or report an issue?
